Maroochy Gas & Solar was first established in 1998, but current owners, John and Carolyn Hohn, took over the business in 2016. 

John has worked in the industry for over 40 years and leads a respected team with a diverse range of skills. Before John and Carolyn were handed the reins, the business provided emergency plumbing services and wood stove installations. However, after careful thought, John decided to focus his team’s efforts on gas safety certifications, gas fitting, repairs on all gas related items in your caravan, hot water systems and non-emergency plumbing.

As a result of this change in direction, Maroochy Gas & Solar is now the number one provider of caravan gas certifications on the Sunshine Coast and has gained a reputation as a trustworthy and honest business. Our repeat clients and word-of-mouth referrals are a testament to our level of quality and exceptional customer service.
